Smart features as standard
Built-in GPS stamps your speed and location onto every clip — useful evidence for any claim — and 5GHz Wi-Fi lets you review and download footage to your phone in seconds. Add the HK4 hardwire kit to unlock parking mode.
Installation options
Car charger (included, plug-and-play): plug into the 12V socket and tuck the cable around the windscreen trim, and you are recording in minutes. Recording stops when the socket switches off with the ignition, so parking mode needs a hardwire kit or a battery pack.
VIOFO HK4 hardwire kit (optional, unlocks parking mode): connects to the fuse box with a low-voltage cut-off that protects your car battery, and frees up the 12V socket. It is what turns on the buffered parking modes.

Frequently asked questions
Is 2K enough for reading number plates?
Yes — 2K Quad HD is a big step up from 1080p and reads plates clearly in most everyday conditions. If you want 4K, look at the A119M Pro or A229 range.
Does it record the rear of my car?
No. The A119 Mini 2 is a front-only camera and does not take a rear camera. For front and rear, choose the A229 Plus (2K both ways) or the A229 Pro (4K front, 2K rear).
How do I get parking mode?
Add the VIOFO HK4 hardwire kit, which powers the camera safely while you're parked with low-voltage battery protection.
Does it come with a memory card?
No — pair it with a high-endurance card rated for continuous recording; we recommend VIOFO's Industrial Grade cards, which we stock in 128GB, 256GB and 512GB.
