Returns & Warranty
Every dash cam we sell is covered by a manufacturer's warranty and by your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Here's how it works.
Your warranty
All our products come with a minimum 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, and many leading brands carry up to a 3-year warranty — the exact term is shown on each product page. If a genuine fault appears within the warranty period, we'll arrange a repair or replacement once the fault has been verified by us or the manufacturer.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure. These rights apply in addition to any voluntary warranty above.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 31 days and we'll guide you through the return. Once the fault is verified, we'll repair, replace or refund as appropriate. You cover postage to send the item to us; we cover the cost of getting the repaired or replacement item back to you (tracked, with signature on delivery).
Changed your mind?
We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return. The item must be unused and returned in its original, sealed, saleable condition — security seals intact, cords unopened, protective films in place — with valid proof of purchase. Return postage is at your cost, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. For hygiene and resale reasons, change-of-mind returns can't be accepted on opened or used products.
What can void a warranty
Warranty cover doesn't extend to faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, tampering, or the use of non-genuine accessories or unsuitable memory cards — we recommend a high-endurance microSD card built for dash cams. Installation costs aren't covered, as your choice of installer is your own, but our guides and support team are here to help you get set up.
