Shipping policy

Here's exactly how shipping and delivery work at The Dash Cam Co.

Same-day dispatch

In-stock orders placed before 1:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. Same-day dispatch is not available during major sale periods or for items not in stock.

Free Express Post over $200

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post Express, tracked with signature on delivery. Orders of $200 or more ship free via Express Post. Orders under $200 ship at a flat $12 Express Post rate. Most metro deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days of dispatch; regional areas can take a little longer. We currently ship within Australia only.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched we email your Australia Post tracking number, and you can opt in to delivery updates directly from Australia Post.

Back orders

If an item is briefly out of stock, we'll let you know. If part of your order is on back order we'll usually hold the order so everything arrives together — contact us if you'd like in-stock items sent first.
