Once you've chosen your dash cam, you want it fast. Here's exactly how shipping works at The Dash Cam Co.

Same-day dispatch

In-stock orders placed before 1:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, go out the next business day. Same-day dispatch isn't available during major sale periods or for items that aren't in stock.

Free express shipping over $200

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post, with tracking and signature on delivery. Orders over $200 ship free via Express Post. Orders under $200 have a flat $12 Express Post rate. Most metro deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days of dispatch; regional areas can take a little longer.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched we'll email your Australia Post tracking number, and you can opt in to delivery updates directly from Australia Post.

Back orders

If an item is briefly out of stock but arriving soon, we'll let you know and, where we can, upgrade you to free express to make up for the wait. If part of your order is on back order we'll usually hold it so everything arrives together — just ask if you'd like the in-stock items sent first.
