Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We take care to keep product information, specifications and pricing accurate, but errors can occur; we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or listing error before dispatch. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel orders where fraud is suspected, stock is unavailable, or an error has occurred — in which case you'll receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, warranty terms and your rights under Australian Consumer Law are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Responsible use of products

Dash cameras must be installed and used in accordance with the laws of your state or territory, including road rules about windscreen obstruction and any rules about recording audio or passengers. It is your responsibility to ensure your use is lawful.

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including product write-ups, guides and images we have created, belongs to The Dash Cam Co or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products.
