Is the Mini enough battery for radar parking?
For a car driven most days, yes — radar surveillance draws very little power, and about 45 minutes of driving fully recharges the Mini. If the car regularly sits for days (airports, EVs, storage), choose the iVolt Max bundle instead.
Will it drain my car battery?
No. The camera runs entirely off the iVolt Mini while parked; the battery only draws from the car while the engine is running, to recharge.
Can I install it myself?
Confident DIYers can — both connections are at the fuse box, and fuse taps are included. Most customers have an auto electrician fit camera + battery kits in one visit.
