How it works
- Order your dash cam and add installation to your cart.
- We dispatch your camera first — usually same-day if you order before 1pm AEST (Mon–Fri).
- Once it has been delivered, our installer contacts you to book a time, typically within 3–4 business days.
- The technician comes to you, fits and tests the camera, and hands it over ready to drive.
Choose your install
- 2CH Hardwire Install — $340: front and rear camera, hardwired for parking mode.
- 2CH + Parking Battery Install — $420: as above, plus fitting of a parking-mode battery pack for longer protection while parked. (Battery pack purchased separately.)

A 2-channel hardwire installation is $340 in Melbourne metro (1-channel $250, 3-channel $400; add $80 to also fit a parking battery). FineVu owners anywhere in metro Australia can book installation for $250 directly with FineVu Australia via the barcode on the box.
Will installation affect my car’s warranty?
No. The work is carried out by a certified auto electrician using safe, correct wiring methods, and our workmanship is covered by a lifetime warranty.
How soon will my camera be installed?
We ship your camera first. Once it arrives, our installer contacts you to arrange a time, usually within 3–4 business days of delivery.
Do you install on 4WDs, utes and vans?
Yes. We install in all common passenger cars, utes, vans and 4WDs. The only vehicles we don’t cover are exotic and supercars such as Ferrari and McLaren.
